Listen properly
Not simply to the words, but to what is avoided, repeated, assumed or left unsaid.
Approach
The micamic approach has been developed independently through years of leadership, project delivery, executive responsibility, continuous learning and lived experience. It is structured enough to create momentum and flexible enough to remain personal.
How I work
Not simply to the words, but to what is avoided, repeated, assumed or left unsaid.
High performers are often surrounded by agreement. Useful partnership sometimes requires disagreement.
Different environments create different conversations. Movement can unlock thinking that a meeting room cannot.
No borrowed doctrine
I do not present a famous coaching model, a licensed psychological protocol or a branded framework created by somebody else as the answer to your situation.
The work draws from executive leadership, delivery under pressure, project and operational management, books, observation, sport, travel, mistakes, curiosity and the patterns that emerge across complex situations.
Boundaries
micamic is not psychotherapy, psychological treatment, medical care, crisis intervention, legal advice, financial advice or a substitute for appropriately qualified professionals.
You remain responsible for your decisions and actions. Where a situation belongs with a regulated or clinical professional, that boundary matters more than any desire to continue the Partnership.
